All equipment is used at the lessee’s risk We exercise precaution in keeping our equipment in good condition. Conditions which prevent satisfactory operation of equipment do not relieve lessee in his/her responsibility of rental charges. Lessee assumes all responsibility for equipment while out of possession of lessor and promises to return such equipment to the lessor in as good of condition as it was at the effective date of this lease. Natural wear from responsible use is expected. Lessee shall be liable for any loss, theft, damage or destruction of leased property. All equipment lost or damaged beyond repair will be paid for by the lessee at the regular replacement price; and all damaged equipment which may be repaired will be repaired by the lessor, in return thereof and the cost for such repairs will be paid by the lessee. Accrued rental charges cannot be applied against the purchase price or cost of repairs or such damaged or lost equipment. All cartage charges must be born by the lessee. Replacement equipment and cost thereof shall be decided by Lighthouse Resort Services, Inc.

NON SET UP Renters A credit card must be left on file. If equipment does not get returned before or by 5pm, your credit card will be charged 50% of your rental total.

Scheduled rental rates begin when the equipment is checked out as documented above and continue until return thereto. A $15.00 cleaning fee will be incurred on items returned unclean.

I agree that all charges for rental, damage, cleaning or material will be paid, and that all collection fees, attorney fees, court costs, or any expense involved in the collection of these charges will be borne by me in the court of the county in which indebtedness occurred.

Refund Policy:  No refunds, items can be exchanged or a store credit can be given.

Hurricane Policy:  In the event a mandatory evacuation is issued a credit card will be issued in the amount of the difference between daily and weekly rates. In all other situations, there will be no refunds due to weather or acts of God.

Cancellations:  A 15% administration fee will be assessed for the cancellation of prepaid reservations.

Surf Shack Accounts: will be settled at the end of each business day charged to the above credit card unless other arrangements are made in advance. “Lighthouse Resort Services” will appear on your credit card statement. Only users specified at the opening of the account will be allowed to charge items to the Surf Shack.
